Almost all of our products are vintage or antique and have traveled a long way. Because of this some products may have minor flaws and/or natural wear associated with use and age. We generally like the small imperfections and feel that they add to the overall aesthetic of the product. That being said we do not buy damaged goods and will always make every effort to note flaws if they exist.
Individual product availability on pfau-shop.com is limited due to the nature of a one-of-a-kind business dealing in vintage and antique textiles and goods. PFAU will process your online order within two business days given all items are in stock. If a product becomes unavailable after the customer places the order, the customer will receive immediate notification by email to the address provided for the order, and if the card has been charged, a reverse authorization will be placed.
